  Q. How do I book my accommodation?

  We have discounted rate for ADW16 attendees, contact us for details.

  Q. Can I attend the exhibition only?

  Yes, you can pre-register for your free visitor pass online.

  Q. What are the registration fees?

  The registration fees for the 2016 event will be announced shortly. In the meantime, please contact us for

  Q. Can I have a Media/Press pass?

  If you wish to apply for a Press pass please contact Jaclynn Ng on info@downstream-asia.com

  Q. I am a representative of one of the organisations sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the event. How do I register?

  You would have received an exhibitor manual when you signed up as a sponsor/exhibitor. Follow the instructions in
  the manual to register.
 

  Q. I am a speaker - how do I register?

  Conference Speakers (for presentations, panels and round tables) will be contacted personally regarding

  details on registration.
 

  Q. Is there a special rate for group bookings?

  Yes, these rates will be announced shorlty. In the meantime, please contact us for information

  Q. Can I buy one pass and share it between two people over both days?

  No, passes are non-transferable.
 

  Q. Can I register for one day of the Conference only?

  No, it is not possible to register for only one day of the Conference.
 

  Q. Can I register to attend the Conference for one session only?

  No, it is not possible to register for only one Conference session. 
 

  Q. I have been offered a discount on the Conference fee and would like to claim it.

  Please click through the link or fill in the form that was provided to you when you were offered the discount in
  order to claim it.
 

  Q. I forgot to mention the discount I have been offered when I registered. Can I get a partial refund?

  Unfortunately, discounts can only be applied at the time of booking.

 

  Q. Do you have a partner/spouse program?

  We do not have a partner/spouse program.
 

  Q. How do I cancel my registration?

  Cancellations are taken into consideration case by case, contact us at info@downstream-asia.com

 

  Q. I haven't received my badge/acknowledgement of registration.

  Badges are to be collected onsite on event day. Do bring business cards for identification.

  Successful registrations should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, contact us 
  at info@downstream-asia.com
